PROJECT MANAGER

About the job
The role of project manager includes tender work and responsibility for planning and structuring projects. You will also be able to organize and plan resources together with the manager. It is important to continuously build and develop good relationships with customers and stakeholders. You lead projects from design to submission and ensure delivery of the projects' set goals and profitability requirements. As a person, you like to focus on details but also have the ability to see the whole.
Personal characteristics
You are structured, creative and an initiator with the ability to lead and enthuse others. You have a great interest in business, are customer- and result-oriented and enjoy working towards deadlines and set goals. Since the daily work involves a lot of contacts with several different parties, you have a good ability to work together and value professional communication towards customers, employees and partners.
About you for you to thrive in the role
You have an academic degree, preferably with a focus on construction. You may have experience in a similar role or other technology industry. You like team spirit and winning contracts.
